CurbSideValue.com is based at the beach in Southern California (see photo at right) and has been inspired by our chief appraiser who has 36 years of real estate sales experience, and 23 years of real estate appraisal experience. He is a Certified General appraiser (Commercial as well as Residential) and works as a part time Realtor, and a full time residential and commercial appraiser.
His list of clients includes a world famous architect, a hockey team sports franchise owner, a Victoria Secret lingerie model, the co-founder of one the worlds largest ad agencies, an appointed bureaucrat, the University of Southern California, the Mormon Church, the Catholic Church, the Protestant Church, a local city manager, and he also performs appraisal services for many attorneys and CPA's for estate purposes. The estate appraisals can, in some instances, require a fractionalized interest and lack of marketability study to reduce the amount of personal taxes being incurred by the fractionalized interest holder of the estate.
